We bought the land
Dear friends,
Two days ago, on August 20th, 2025, we officially wrote history—Rahim came to sign the deed!
It wasn’t a simple process, but it’s finally done.

This is a huge step for us, and today the land already feels different. We’ll be walking it with four other families: three of us who are APTB founding members, one close friend’s family, and one new family who’s curious to learn more about APTB.
With Rahim here these past days, we’ve been exploring every corner—walking and driving the land together. Our architect recently handed us the updated design, and we keep refining it: moving houses, shifting yurts, and adjusting details to make the space even more aligned with our vision.
The green patches on the map mark buildable areas. And here’s the exciting part:
The new design actually shows more green zones than the first one, and we’re now double-checking whether we’re allowed to build on an additional 100,000 m²! If that’s confirmed, we’ll be able to clear new spaces, complete a topography, and create even more room for houses and community structures.
We’ve already decided to include an amphitheater, a pond with fish to catch, and even a beach volleyball field—just a taste of the spaces where our community can gather, play, and connect.
Our main priority now is to restore the old well, built by the previous owner just below the natural spring. It once held more than 1 million liters of water, and bringing it back to life will allow us to start planting fruit trees and welcoming animals onto the land.
So, the next update will likely be either handing in the design to the council—or celebrating the well being fixed. We’ll see which comes first. Either way, I’ll keep you posted 😉
